#! there is so much i love about this scene that i do not even know where to begin and how to form coherent thoughts but begin i shall.
#! how nathan completely doesn’t even care to listen to this new audrey’s story. he doesn’t care to see her badge or credentials or hear a word that comes out of her mouth because he KNOWS his audrey parker and that’s the audrey parker he knows. he has no need to listen to a word this woman says because she’s not the audrey he knows and she never will be.
#! the way he knows what to say and when to say it and when not to say anything because that’s how they both are when it comes to feelings and the big stuff. his dad is dead and she’s going through her weird lucy supernatural stuff and her double just pulled a gun on them but will they dare talk about it? of course not. will they show each other unwavering loyalty and support every step of the way? YES. yes.
#! no need for small talk or to listen to this woman’s story. let’s just go for lunch like it’s a normal day (minus the usual weirdo haven stuff) because nothing will change the way he feels about audrey and the woman he’s gotten to know. that is the loyalty you get when you have nathan wuornos on your side.
They will dub my voice into other languages so, you know, that helps. Because I..hopefully when I’m, when they make the French version of me, and the Spanish version of me, they’ll get someone that’s a lot cooler than me.
